The minute the concept of Knife Throwing was introduced to me, I began to perfect this talent. As a hobby, Knife Throwing, along with painting/drawing, offered my overanalytical mind some Zen. As for being passionate about something that generates income, I love real estate, both investing and managing. I can memorize addresses, prices, square footage, and comps like no other. I am fortunate enough to live in beautiful Newport Beach and assist in managing a dozen oceanfront properties. I dream about becoming a real estate mogul with a hit reality TV show.
Why I deserve to be "THE 1":
I was always a tomboy & one of the guys. The past few years I blossomed and more and more I am becoming "the perfect package" with looks and intellect. Quickwitted and humble, I know attract people due to my personality rather than my looks. With all that said, I feel like I deserve to be "THE 1"--and if not, hopefully become a real estate mogul with a reality TV show.
