What Else You Should Know About Me:
You should know that I'm NOT the girl next door... I don't have any silver spoons... and I haven't moved on up to the East side...yet!! LOL! I have had quite the journey! I became a mother right after high school and a single mother six months after. I have been homeless, lived in shelters, had a few run ins with the law and struggled to be the best mom and DAD I could! But in the midst I have also kept my FAITH and pursued my dreams. Before I left AZ, I completed cosmetology school while living in the shelter, I knew that my dreams were in LA, so after my daughter turned five we moved. She started school and I attended California Design College and studied fashion. As my acting started to pick up rather quickly I realize some opportunities only come once in a lifetime! So, I left school and began working back round for shows such as CSI NY and Miami, House, Ghost Whisperer to Yo-mama went on to do music videos for artist such as Missy Elliot, Snoop Dogg, Sheide Sheist and TQ along with feature films as, Dream Girls, Mr. Woodcock and Santa Clause III. I moved to LA in 2005 and have been extremely blessed! I thank God and my daughter daily for keeping me going! I now have three starring movies, F.L.I.R.T, Operation Repo the Movie, Held in Hospice and dum dum da dum... My first national commercial for No Sweat which begins airing in November! I have had a long struggle and fight it's been a lot of hard work, dedication, risk taking, perseverance... but its all worth a DREAM COME TRUE!!! In the meantime and in between time when I'm not filming, I write and work along side with Xyrus Entertainment as well as focus on my clothing line. I pray that through my career and dreams, I can share my testimony with the world! We all have our ups and downs, the good and the bad... it's what we do with it which determines if it was a mistake!!! I'm a REAL woman, with REAL life tribulations and REAL dreams...
